Tony Campolo is Professor Emeritus of Sociology at Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania. He previously served for ten years on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Eastern College and earned a Ph.D. from Temple University.

Randy Edwards has been teaching Bible (both Old and New Testament) for nearly 30 years with the Australian College of Ministries and its Queensland predecessor, Kenmore Christian College. He has served as Principal of KCC twice and was instrumental in the formation of ACOM. He has also been involved in generating a “Missional curriculum” which seeks to train people for mission within Australian culture.

Ross Farley began full time employment as a civil engineering draftsman. He commenced full time Christian ministry by serving six years with Brisbane Youth for Christ in high school youth ministry and was the Campus Life Director for Brisbane. He worked for eight years as a youth pastor for a local church (Wynnum Gospel Chapel). This was followed by ten years with the Scripture Union of Queensland where he was responsible for coordinating training ministries and missions. For three years he was also the part time chaplain for a private school.

Steve currently works 2 days per week for SU Queensland as their “At Risk Youth” Ministry Consultant, providing training and resources to chaplains working with “at risk” young people in state schools. For the other 3 days per week, he works for the Wynnum Gospel Chapel as their “Youth and Community Worker”, running a number of youth programs and developing pathways between the people of the church and other people in the community. Steve has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies. He has worked as a Social Worker on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane with homeless young people, and has worked as a SU Queensland chaplain at Wynnum North SHS. Steve has a long-standing volunteer role with Tear Australia in developing materials for youth leaders around issues of global justice and compassion through Tear’s Incite magazine, which has also been put into a book. Steve is married to Megan and they have a young son, Lewis, and an old dog, Jasmine.

He is currently the Youth Pastor Emeritus at St. Pauls Anglican Church, Castle Hill, in Sydney Australia where he has been for almost 20 years.

Tim is Young Adults Pastor at Hope Valley Uniting Church and the SA Director of FORGE. Tim has ministry experience in many contexts including a large pentecostal church, a new church plant, schools seminar ministry, a significant young adults ministry, as well as inner-city marginal contexts including 6 years at St Martin’s Community Church in Melbourne (God's Squad Church). He also assisted in the establishment of East, part of the Red Network missional churches in Melbourne. He was also previously on Faculty at Tabor College Victoria co-ordinating the yearintheson and Recharge programs. Tim speaks and preaches regularly around Australia especially on discipleship and mission to young adults. He is extremely passionate about relevant, biblical mission and ministry to our popular culture. He loves films, music and a good conversation over an Indian meal.

Since joining Youth Dimension in 1996, Owen has enjoyed a variety of roles spanning from heading up the South Australian work, directing the Internship program, and also overseeing all the ministries as Director. Owen has a drive to see young adults prepared well for the rigours of ministry, equipping them through teaching in the areas of character and focused Bible study. He is currently overseeing the junior high ministry at YD and loves to connect with young teenagers through YD’s high energy junior outreach program into schools. Prior to joining YD, Owen worked in Human Resources with Amcor. He is married to Lynda and has three young children – Stephen, 8, Emily, 5 and Hannah 2 and lives in North Ringwood, Melbourne.

Duffy Robbins, Associate Professor of Youth Ministry at Eastern University, St. Davids, Pennsylvania, is a twenty-four year veteran of youth ministry, having gained extensive experience as a youth minister in both para-church and local parish positions. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Duffy graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts.

Stephen is a husband, a dad, and a founding member of the Melbourne Victory Football Club. He is involved in leading missio Dei, a missional community in Melbourne’s north east. He is employed by Tear Australia as National Youth Coordinator and as a sessional lecturer at Tabor College Melbourne and ACOM. In addition, he is part of the Forge Mission Training Network’s national team.

Graham grew up in Sydney, and ‘tasted and saw that the Lord was good’ while at Christ Church Anglican St. Ives during the end of High School.
After leaving school, he studied Economics at Macquarie University and worked as a Business Economist for a Merchant Bank in Sydney for 2 years. He still remembers the sermon that challenged him to use his gifts in leadership in the church – so he left the world of pin-stripe suits to become a minister (telling people at work he was doing it for the money!).

Ben was born in Hobart and steadily migrated north until getting stuck in Western Sydney where he now lives with Lyndall (wife) and Gabriel (son). He churches with the people of Blacktown Uniting.
He gets paid to be advocacy coordinator for TEAR Australia, a job which brings together his biggest passions - a love for Jesus, a hunger for justice, and a desire to educate and empower Australian Christians to respond to the needs of the poor with wholehearted generosity and voices raised, crying out for justice.

Robyn Wrigley-Carr has been a lecturer in Spirituality at the Australian
College of Ministries (ACOM) for the past 6 years, teaching courses in
spirituality and leading both student retreats and spiritual formation
groups. She studied spirituality at Regent College, Vancouver and Wycliffe
Hall, Oxford University. Robyn met her husband, Gavin, at Regent College.
They have 3 daughters and live in Sydney.
