Mike is the founder and International Director of Soul Survivor Ministries, a youth organisation seeking to reach, disciple, equip and empower young people to make a difference in their generation. In addition, Mike is the Senior Pastor of Soul Survivor Watford, an Anglican congregation he started in the early 1990's with his friend Matt Redman. Since the launch of Soul Survivor Ministries, hundreds of thousands of people have been ministered to, on five continents. Soul Survivor has been a leader in providing worship songs to the church through the ministry of Matt Redman and Tim Hughes. In addition, to leading Soul Survivor has grown to be a leader in ministry in a postmodern context. He loves his garden and supports Manchester United football club!

How do we run meetings for the reality TV generation that keep their attention and yet have content? We will be looking at various models for running meetings and trying to discern a way forward. How do we communicate to this generation? In this context we will be looking at some suggestions on how to prepare and give a talk.

We will be looking very practically at the place of worship in the youth group and how to develop a worship ministry by developing worship leaders. Mike has extensive experience with developing young worship leaders, including Matt Redman and Tim Hughes
