There is no doubt that youth ministry requires strong leadership. From an Australian perspective, the ANZAC legend provides us with inspiration for leadership. Whether you are seeking encouragement in your own vocation as a leader, or whether you are seeking a tool to develop leaders in your own ministry, this seminar presented by veteran youth minister, Mark Gladman will provide a unique backdrop to challenge and inspire you.
Based on four years of research and development into Australian military history and contemporary leadership principles, this session, with its framework based on the 15 character traits of the ANZAC legend, allows for reflection on leadership from a uniquely Biblical Christian and Australian perspective.
