LIVING LIFE TO THE FULL –the Youth Leader’s Personal Growth (Professional Development Seminar)
(Thursday 12:30pm-2:00pm, 2:30pm-4:00pm, 4:30pm-6pm, Friday 8:30am-10:00am)

God created us to live life to the full.  Jesus summarised this in the words of the great commandant that we should "love God with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength".

We will explore what it means in very practical terms to be 'for' God in every aspect of our lives, i.e. through our passion, prayer, intellect and body.

Mentoring
(Friday 4:00pm-5:15pm)

In this Seminar Keith will share from his experience Mentoring up to 100 Australian Christian leaders over the past 4 years.
He will address the urgent and important need for leaders to have support for "who they are" in their ministry.   Most leaders who do not continue in ministry withdraw for character/spirituality based reasons.   The model is based on the premise that 'who we are' is foundational in 'what we do'.
Keith has developed a relational model of mentoring which has a minimalist structure around 5 key areas.
1.  Spirituality
2.  Key relationships
3.  Emotional health
4.  Balanced life
5.  Vulnerabilities.
He will explain the relevance and substance of each of these areas.

A hoped for outcome of this seminar will be that participants consider their need and willingness to become a mentor and/or mentoree to/for other Christian leaders.
