The National Youth Ministry Convention is a biennial event, begun in 2007, to help train, connect and refresh Christians who minister with youth and young adults. It is held adjacent to beautiful beaches that are perfect for relaxation, and attracts some of the best speakers in Australia and the world.
In 2009 it will be at Tweed Heads on the southern tip of the Gold Coast, from October 15-18, Thursday to Sunday. We are excited to have Darren Whitehead, the aussie Youth Pastor at Willow Creek, Mike Pilavachi, founder of Soul Survivor Festivals in the UK, Darryl Gardiner, long-term head of Youth For Christ in New Zealand, Graham Stanton, Principal of Anglican Youthworks, Tim Hawkins, Ash Barker, Compliments of Gus and many many more.
Please browse this site to find out more about NYMC, the speakers, timetable, location, how to register and anything else you need to know.
Please also let other people know about the NYMC – word of mouth is the only way people will find out!
Thanks for all that you do in youth ministry – that ministry is why we do all of this.
